Hi I am Jacque Fessel Millican, a Realtor at the Western Hills Sibcy Cline location. I grew up in Cincinnati, and attended St. Ursula Academy. Upon graduation I attended the University of Tennessee and swam collegiately for the Lady Vols all 4 years. Go Big Orange!! I am a west sider at the core, as my grandfather built and owned Bridgetown Skyline Chili which is still in our family today. My family and I currently reside on the west side of town. In our free time we enjoy the Bengals and Vols as season ticket holders for both. I personally enjoy working out and spending time with my family.
